Arrival and departure

Check IN incl. guest registration and key collection, as well as check OUT (return of key and accommodation payment) takes place at our reception in the Hotel Saltauserhof, approx. 300 metres from the Panorama Residence. Call us any time at +39 0473 645403. We are always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Your apartment suite will be available from 2.00 p.m. Please arrive by 6.00 p.m. or inform us if you arrive later, otherwise the reservation will no longer be valid. We request that you vacate your apartment suite by 11.00 a.m. on your day of departure.

Dogs

You are welcome to bring your dog by prior arrangement. (20,00 € per dog day excluding food). Please bring your own blanket or basket. Dogs are not allowed in the wellness area or in the garden.

Nature and resources

Nature and sustainability are fundamental values for us. For this reason, the Hotel Saltauserhof is characterized by a
respectful use of resources. We no longer use disposable bath slippers and we kindly ask our guests to bring their
own bath slippers from home. In case you have forgotten your slippers, do not hesitate to contact the reception.

Non-smoking policy

We are a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is prohibited in all apartment suites and in all public rooms. You are welcome to smoke outdoors!

Reservations

Your booking is binding as soon as you have received written confirmation from us by email, telefax or post.

Voucher

You may cancel your voucher order for 7 days after purchase.
The recipient is free not to accept the voucher.
Refund of the amount paid is only possible via credit card.

Local tax

A local tax of 3,30 € per person per day has been introduced for all persons aged 14 and over. This tax is not included in the total price for your stay and is paid locally.

Cancellation policy

Our gentle cancellation policy:
Cancel free of charge up to 10 days before arrival.
Within 10 days before departure or in case of early departure the price booked price minus - 25% will be charged.

We therefore recommend that our guests take out private cancellation insurance. (This insurance can also be purchased from us. For more information message see below).
This cancellation policy applies regardless of whether the cancelled apartment suites will subsequently be fully or partially let again. Your apartment suite will be available from 2.00 p.m. Please notify us if you will be arriving after 6.00 p.m. We request that you check out by 11.00 a.m. on your day of departure.

This price list renders any previous price lists invalid. However, it is our goal to keep prices as they are: fair! In the event of unforeseeable economic developments or changes in the VAT rate, prices must unfortunately be adjusted. Although this information has been prepared as carefully as possible, it may contain misprints and errors.

Travel cancellation insurance

The bill can be paid in cash (Euro) or by credit cards (bancomat, Eurocard, Visa, Mastercard - no American Express and Diners Club!)
