Conditions
Rooms are available from 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Guests are kindly invited to arrive by 6.00 p.m. If arrival is planned after 6.00 p.m., please inform the hotel's management, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled!
Rooms must be vacated by 11.00 a.m. on departure day.
You are welcome to bring your dog by prior arrangement. (20,00 € per dog day excluding food). Please bring your own blanket or basket. Dogs are not allowed in the wellness area or in the garden.
Nature and sustainability are fundamental values for us. For this reason, the Hotel Saltauserhof is characterized by a respectful use of resources. We no longer use disposable bath slippers and we kindly ask our guests to bring their own bath slippers from home. In case you have forgotten your slippers, do not hesitate to contact the reception.
We are a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is forbidden in all rooms and in all public areas of the hotel. You are welcome to smoke outdoors!
Your booking is binding as soon as you have received written confirmation from us by email, telefax or post.
You may cancel your voucher order for 7 days after purchase.
The recipient is free not to accept the voucher.
Refund of the amount paid is only possible via credit card.
Cash payout not possible.
A local tax of 3,30 € per person per day has been introduced for all persons aged 14 and over. This tax is not included in the total price for your stay and is paid locally.
Travel cancellation insurance
Our Flexible Cancellation Option:
- Free cancellation up to 10 days prior to arrival.
- Within 10 days of arrival or in case of early departure, 75% of the total stay price will be charged.
We strongly recommend that our guests take out travel insurance. (This insurance can also be arranged through us. For more details, see below).
These cancellation terms apply regardless of whether the canceled rooms are rebooked fully or partially by other guests.
Your room will be available from 2:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance. On the day of departure, we request that you vacate the room by 11:00 AM.
With this price list, all previous ones become invalid. However, it is our aim to maintain the current rates: Fair! In the event of unforeseeable economic changes or adjustments to VAT rates, prices may be updated. We reserve the right to correct typographical or other errors despite careful editing.
