Arrival and departure
Rooms are available from 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Guests are kindly invited to arrive by 6.00 p.m. If arrival is planned after 6.00 p.m., please inform the hotel's management, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled!
Rooms must be vacated by 11.00 a.m. on departure day.
You are welcome to bring your dog by prior arrangement. (15,00 € per dog day excluding food). Please bring your own blanket or basket. Dogs are not allowed in the wellness area or in the garden.
Nature and resources
Nature and sustainability are fundamental values for us. For this reason, the Hotel Saltauserhof is characterized by a
respectful use of resources. We no longer use disposable bath slippers and we kindly ask our guests to bring their
own bath slippers from home. In case you have forgotten your slippers, do not hesitate to contact the reception.
We are a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is forbidden in all rooms and in all public areas of the hotel. You are welcome to smoke outdoors!
Your booking is binding as soon as you have received written confirmation from us by email, telefax or post.
You may cancel your voucher order for 7 days after purchase.
The recipient is free not to accept the voucher.
Refund of the amount paid is only possible via credit card.
A local tax of 2,10 € per person per day has been introduced for all persons aged 14 and over. This tax is not included in the total price for your stay and is paid locally.
